The kit has been designed by professional archaeologists and has everything a budding archaeologist will need to get started, including a trowel, compass and field notebook.
Runners-up will receive a Paleolithic Colouring bundle packed with hand-drawn art and a folder to keep them in.

Archaeodiscovery are a team of professional archaeologists who love to provide creative experiences that bring archaeology to life. They are also YAC leaders, so know us very well!
Last year they created a YAC Leader Training Day that explored The Silk Road. They also created a bumper resource pack filled with amazing crafts, baking and games exploring The Silk Road. To celebrate this resource Archaeodiscovery have partnered with us to offer our YAC members the opportunity to win one of their awesome Junior Archaeologist Kits.
What’s in the Junior Archaeologist Kit?
· Archaeologist’s trowel and brush for careful excavations
· Tape measure, pegs and line for back garden digs
· Field notebook for recording your discoveries
· Compass and magnify glass for deeper investigation
· Finds bags for storing artefacts
