Some 27 old stationary steam engines have been rescued and restored. They are the engines which once powered the cotton mills of Lancashire. Most are running in steam on our Steaming Days.

Please check the website or phone for opening times and dates of steaming days, as the Museum is normally closed at other times.

Offer for YAC Pass holders:
Free entry on steaming days (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult)
