Housed in the former Victorian railway station in Hawes, the museum is managed by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority and shares the stories of the people and places of the Yorkshire Dales past and present.

Make memories exploring our family friendly galleries, temporary exhibitions, and outdoor trail. Take part in an event, watch a demo and discover amazing Dales collections from prehistoric times to the present day. National Park Visitor centre, shop and café on site.
