Meeting on Saturday 13 July 2019-
We have been invited to their site excavation by the Sittingbourne Historical Research Group field work unit . Site of 13th century manor house but also site of old Roman Villa . Bredhurst ME7 3JZ
Time 11-1 please meet just before 11.
There will be limited opportunity to park on or adjacent to site so will mainly be drop off and return at 1 .
I will send more detailed directions nearer time.
Can people let me know by 7 July whether they are able to come as I have to advise the organisers.
There will be trowels, buckets , kneeling pads and finds trays for everyone. Members only need bring themselves, gardening gloves and appropriate footwear(no sandals) . Please also bring suncream or apply before come (hopefully be sunny), sun hats and a drink. If wet please bring rainwear.

We will be joining the Kent Archaeological Field School at Teston .
We will be visiting the KAS excavation
