We have designed a downloadable Sponsorship Form template which you can adjust for your sponsored events. Click here for an MS Word Version of the Sponsorship Form template.

Online Sponsorship Collection

We are registering with JustGiving.com, and will update this page with details for how people can use this once it is set up.

How to Send in Money Collected

  • Count up all the money raised
  • Download and complete the money submission form as PDF (22.35KB) or Word .doc (62.5KB).
  • Post back to York HQ with a cheque made payable to ‘Young Archaeologists’ Club’
  • To make a credit card donation, contact YAC at 01904 671417, at the usual YAC address below, or via email at yaccampaign@yac-uk.org.
  • Don’t forget to tell us how you raised the money so we can share successes.
  • If you have images with permission which would be good for the Dig Deep for YAC Newsletter, Young Archaeologist Magazine and other YAC promotional materials such as press releases, please send them to: yaccampaign@yac-uk.org
