FUNdraise for YAC

FUNdraise and challenge yourself

YAC Logo A sponsored event can be a really good way to raise funds and create awareness of the Council for British Archaeology (CBA)’s Young Archaeologists’ Club. It can be great fun as well. If you are a YAC Volunteer or a member of a YAC Branch you could encourage your Branch to undertake a FUNdraising activity. If you are under 18 as long as you have chosen a safe and legal FUNdraising activity and your parents/guardians are happy about what you have chosen to do – and you have adult supervision – you can FUNdraise too.

What ever you do, you’ll be sure to have fun whilst raising valuable funds to support YAC – the only limit is your imagination! These pages contain some useful information about getting started in fundraising for the CBA’s Young Archaeologists’ Club. It also includes how you can submit the money you have collected for YAC.

If you need any further support, please contact Wendi Terry, Head of the Young Archaeologists’ Club, and YAC Network & Events Officer.

For those undertaking FUNdraising outside of an organised YAC Branch, the CBA can take no responsibility for any injury, loses or damages caused or sustained as a result of fundraising events in aid of the CBA or YAC.
