How to renew a YAC UK Membership

Renewal/Reminder forms

YAC will send a renewal form and then a reminder form to the address of the person who paid for the YAC UK membership in the previous year. Renewal and reminder forms are not sent to the individual who has been receiving the membership unless they are an YAC UK Adult member who pays for themselves.

If you would like the renewal and reminder forms to be sent to the individual who has been receiving the YAC UK membership then please contact YAC and let us know. GiftAid YAC UK Renewal and Reminder forms give you the option to pay by:

  • Cheque
  • Annual Direct Debit

Renewal and reminder forms give you the opportunity to sign up to Gift Aid. You can also download a Gift Aid form here.

There are a number of other ways you can renew a YAC UK membership:

Online

Young Archaeologist issue 148 You can pay via the Council for British Archaeology’s secure online shop using a Credit or Debit Card. Please choose the relevant membership category and then select which country you live in.

By post

You can download the YAC UK application form and pay by cheque or by annual Direct Debit. Please ensure that you provide the correct billing address as well as the delivery address.

Once you have completed all the relevant fields please return the YAC UK application form to the YAC office. Our postal address is written on the bottom of the application form and can also be found on the contact us page.

Over the telephone

You will need your YAC UK membership number and the name, postcode and date of birth of the child. We will need to take all the details on the card and the billing address for the card. Please have your Credit or Debit Card ready and then telephone +44 (0)1904 671417. We do not accept American Express. We cannot set up Direct Debit payments over the telephone.

Please note: Do not send cash through the post as a form of payment for YAC UK membership.
