Read and Review: Julius Zebra
Class 3H from Carr Junior School in York have read and reviewed Julius Zebra: Rumble with the Romans by Gary Northfield. The book is published by Walker Books. It tells the story of a zebra called Julius who is captured by Romans from his home in the heart of the Serengeti in Africa and taken to fight against gladiators in the famous Colosseum in ancient Rome.
Walker Books describe Julius Zebra as “an exciting and action-packed new illustrated chapter book from celebrated cartoonist Gary Northfield”.

I think it’s really good and funny because it has lots of adjectives, good characters and lots of funny words. I would give it ten out of ten because it is so fun and amazing. I just love it! (Morgan, 7)
