Annual Report, Financial Returns and Branch Census

This area contains the forms you will need to complete the Branch Annual Returns, Financial Reports and Census that we ask you to fill in and return to YAC HQ every May. Hard copies of these forms will be sent to the Branch Leader every year in March. Please complete these forms and return them to YAC HQ by the deadline- 1st of June, 2012. If you are having difficulties returning these forms by the deadline please contact us at YAC HQ.

2011-2012 Annual Report

The 2011- 2012 Annual Report form details what your Branch has been doing for the past year, and provides you with an opportunity to tell us about interesting activities you have done or exciting places you have visited.


2011- 2012 Financial Return

Every Branch is asked to complete an annual financial return in order to meet the CBA’s statutory requirements for charitable status. We have provided you with a 2011-2012 Financial Return form to use here, but you may send copies of your bank statements or account books, or an Excel spreadsheet. Alternatively you can send us a copy of your financial records completed on the Branch Finance Form below.

Branch Census

Each year we ask the Branches to carry out a Branch Census during their May meeting. Conducting a census gives us up-to-date and accurate data to help us understand who assesses YAC, both in relation to young people and volunteers. This in turn helps us to:

  • Provide ‘need and demand’ type information for future funding applications allowing us to plan and fundraise for our work more effectively
  • Understand the communities in which we operate
  • Provide safe, fun activities and opportunities for all sectors of society

We are asking every YAC Branch in the UK network to complete a simple census of members and volunteers attending their May 2012 meeting.

You only need to record details of those present at this May meeting.

You can either return your ‘Branch Census Summary form’ to YAC HQ or alternatively you can collate your figures per category and enter them into our on-line survey at Survey Monkey
