Glamorgan YAC is a branch of the Young Archaeologists' Club UK, the only UK wide archaeology club for children ages 8-16. Membership of the club is an excellent way to explore the past and make new friends.

From January 2012, Glamorgan YAC will be based at Swansea Museum. We usually meet on the second Saturday of each month between 10am and 12 noon, and offer a range of activities from arts and crafts, guest speakers and games, to finds recording and washing, site surveying and field trips.

Most meetings will take place in the museum. We also arrange site visits, however places can be limited so it is best to get email us (see Contact page) before the session to confirm your place and that you will be attending.
We cannot provide transport to any of the site visit locations so you will have to arrange your own transport, but you can contact us for directions.

Please bring along £3 to each meeting to cover the cost of materials, equipment and a half-time fruit juice.
